1. About OnlyTopic

OnlyTopic is a Florida business directory that allows businesses to create and claim listings, and allows users to discover local businesses, submit reviews, and report scams.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.

3. Business Listings

Business owners may claim listings on OnlyTopic. By claiming a listing, you represent that you are the authorized owner or manager of that business. OnlyTopic may verify ownership through email, phone, website, or Google Business Profile verification. Submitting false ownership claims is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, posts, listings). By submitting content, you grant OnlyTopic a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on our Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of content you submit. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Claim ownership of a business you do not own or manage
Post fake reviews or manipulate ratings
Use our Service for spam, phishing, or illegal purposes
Scrape, crawl, or automate access to our Service without permission
Interfere with the security or integrity of our Service

6. Scam Reports

Our scam reporting feature allows users to report suspected fraudulent businesses. Reports are subject to review. OnlyTopic does not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted scam reports and is not liable for any damages resulting from scam report content.

7. Google Business Profile Integration

Our Service offers optional integration with Google Business Profile to verify business ownership. By using this feature, you authorize OnlyTopic to access your managed Google Business Profile locations solely for verification purposes. This access is governed by Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

Our Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any business listing or user-submitted content. OnlyTopic is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of businesses listed in our directory.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlyTopic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
